- ✓ Follow local laws & platform terms.

- ✕ Collusion, boosting rings, account sharing.
- ✕ Linking to real-money sites/APKs/referrals.

- • Keep a learning log; reflect on mistakes.
If you see cheating
- Collect basic evidence (screenshots, timestamps).
- Report inside that platform/community.
- Do not dox or harass; let moderators handle it.

- ✓ Ergonomics: chair/desk height, wrists, posture.
Red flags
- • Skipping sleep or meals for long sessions.
- • Irritability, secrecy, or worsening grades/work.
- • “Chasing” results or compulsive checking.
If it’s getting unhealthy
- Pause for 24–72 hours; do offline activities.
- Talk to someone you trust; consider professional help.
- Uninstall risky tools; reduce triggers and notifications.
Your well-being is more important than any hobby or competition.
